The Intention
Many experiences a lifestyle where it is challenging to be themselves authentically. So they employ armour to blend in. This costume, this uniform must also be cared for and mended, otherwise that persona might fall apart. This space is created to tend to your armour when it falls into disrepair. wash off the grime of the day, and mend the holes when they appear.
The Take Away
This exercise is to help participants feel empowered. Giving care to the armour they employ to help them feel that extra layer of defence needed to function in they're day to day. Caring for it is caring for themselves.
