What if safety wasn’t something you had to find, but something you could cultivate within yourself?

Rooted in Safety is an experiential workshop designed to help participants develop a deeper sense of grounding, stability, and self-trust through somatic awareness, guided visualization, reflection, and creative exploration.

Using the powerful metaphor of the tree, participants will explore what supports them, what nourishes them, and how they can create an internal foundation of safety that remains accessible during times of stress, uncertainty, and change. Together, we will examine the relationship between body, awareness, and nervous system regulation while learning practical tools that can be integrated into everyday life.

This workshop is not about fixing what is broken. It is about recognizing the strengths, resources, and wisdom that already exist within you. Through guided exercises and reflection, participants will create a personalized “Tree of Safety” and develop…
