A House of Wonder Workshop Series
Recognizing what we carry.
We all carry things.
Responsibilities. Expectations. Memories. Experiences we haven't fully processed. Feelings we haven't had the time, space, or willingness to sit with.
Some things we carry because they matter to us. Others become part of our lives through circumstances, relationships, and experiences we never chose. Over time, we can become so accustomed to carrying them that we forget to question the weight.
