Where are you placing your attention? This work explores how you experience yourself in your body, how you connect with others, and what you choose to be present for. We may use breathwork, somatic awareness, movement, grounding and other intentional practices to help you connect with your choices, boundaries, energy and sense of purpose. You get to choose what you give your energy to.
Cancellation Policy
Please provide 24-hour notice should you need to cancel. The 50% deposit is non-refundable. A 3-strike rule is in place, if you do not cancel or No-Show consecutively termination of services would result.
