House of Wonder: Meeting Your Emotional Residents What if your emotions were not problems to solve, but relationships waiting to be explored? House of Wonder is a guided journey into your inner world, inviting you to meet the emotional residents and companion creatures that inhabit your personal House. Through visualization, reflection, creative expression, journaling, and discussion, participants will develop a deeper relationship with emotions such as Fear, Surprise, Anger, Disgust, Sadness, and Shame, while also exploring Anxiety, Depression, and Good-Enough as unique companion creatures within their inner landscape. Unlike many approaches to emotional wellness, this series does not assign meaning to your experiences. There are no predetermined interpretations, no "right" way for an emotion to appear, and no expectation that your inner world should look like anyone else's. Instead, you are invited to become curious, listen deeply, and discover what emerges through relationship. Each session offers opportunities to meet, observe, and engage with different aspects of yourself while developing the skills of compassionate self-awareness and internal stewardship. Over time, participants learn to become the caretaker of their House—not by controlling or eliminating emotions, but by building understanding, trust, and connection. Every House is unique.
