Making the Bed

A new routine can start as soon as you get out of bed. Choosing how you will meet the day.

“Today is going to be a great day and deciding it's going to be a good day."

I make my choices when I am making the bed. It takes a few minutes. It doesn’t have to be perfect. I'm simply arranging my bed the way I like it. While doing this, I am deciding how I'm meeting the day. What are the challenges I’ll anticipate? How will I deal with them? What haven't I thought about?

Even though these issues might not happen. It's one less task that has been cleared from the list. I’ve made the bed. It is a Good Day!
